WHEN LOVE CAME TO HER

It seems she was waiting for someone.
To help and guide her through.
To help her spirit on its way,
To comfort her and keep her true.

The Lord said come and be my bride,
And live forevermore.
The cup He removed from out her life,
And gave her peace like He had done before.

The day would end, and there would be,
No comfort at her side.
He came and gave her life abiding,
So she could live, and lead and guide.

When someone comes to her and says,
When did Love give you the light?
She answers back with faith untold,
He came to her the other night.
