TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE SORROWFUL
To lie among the hearty rush,
An isolated step,
Relieve his heart and burdened soul,
'Tis here his dreams are kept.
Their minds are left to alter skies
A deeper shade of blue.
Through findings of these twilight thoughts,
Their world the loves are few.
But must call upon the strands,
So few but so divine.
To separate the world from them,
The eyes that are so blind.
He kisses the hand which holds his dreams,
The mist does fill her eyes,
He wishes upon the earth they meet,
Bring truth unto the lies.
They are deceived their worldly mass,
The minds they are so barred,
So much strive in slight becoming,
When truth holds who they are.
