THEIR WEDDING

As she waited to see what this day would bring,
She asked the Maid of Honor, "Do you have the ring?"

A day full of happiness, love and bliss,
She thought back to the question that brought them to this.

"Will you marry me?" was what he had asked,
She said, "Yes I would" and she kissed him fast.

As the bridesmaids and ushers walked down with flare,
She could see her future standing there.

As she stood with her dad for her turn to walk,
She felt the mood but she just couldn't talk.

She knew what she wanted and so did he,
He wanted her to be happy, and she knew she'd be.

As they walked down the aisle, he held her hand tight,
The church and the flowers were a beautiful sight.

They got to the front, and he gave her to you,
Then they made their promise to always be true.

The day was more beautiful it came to an end,
Because she knew she had married her very best friend.
