THEIR ANGEL BABE:

They never saw her smile
Nor saw her run and play
But never will they forget
That cold December day.

No one said a word
But they heard no baby cry
So she knew all was not well
And things had gone awry.

When she was all deceased,
And was in her casket
The undertaker brought her to the clinic
So beautiful and still she lay,
Their little darling, Joanna Faye.

Their daddy took her home for a short time
And a friend held a brief funeral service.
And her sisters learned
That she would not be around.

Although they shall always miss her
But they should not weep:
For she's gone to heaven,
Where Angels guard and keep.
