THE WILL OF LOVE

Though she's a human shield
The bullets around her rain
But only in the will of Love
Can her heart sing

Though Death might stare her in the eye
She knows what Love must've faced
As he hung on the Cross for her in the sky
That she might be saved

The battlefield in a war
Will fast get you to heavenly shore
Though she can think of tender moments
They are only a glimpse as to what it will be in eternity

For though she is fighting for this great cause
She remembers the word of life
And how the Lord saith
Pick up the cross and follow her

And then she thinks of her loved ones
Her family and her friends
Lord, she's glad you saved her from her sins
And though she may be a human shield
She knows that today she's with Thee in Thy will
The Lord is her strength, whom shall she fear?
