THE SILENT CRY

As morning comes, you're all alone;
You feel you're at the end.
You raise your head and rub your eyes,
And lay back down again.

Your heart is cold and empty,
Pain is in command.
The one you love has passed away.
You need a helping hand.

You turn to friends to help you,
