THE SHEPHERD'S VOICE

The Shepherd's Voice she hears,
Though distant be the sound.
As the Voice becomes more clear
She seeks to follow.
Then the Voice keeps calling,
"Come and follow Me,
I am the One Who died for thee
And would have you for My own.
I give My all for you.
What have you given Me?
Come walk with Me, My precious one.
I'll lead the way
E'en--when the way be rough.
I am the Good Shepherd
Who cares for His own.
Only I can lead thee to Eternity."
