THE MYSTERY OF LIFE

Can they count the leaves in the trees,
Or the stars in the sky,
Can they count the raindrops as they fall,
No they cannot even try.
Can they measure the water in the ocean,
And exactly know how much,
Or the air that's in the atmosphere.
No they cannot even touch.
Before the human being is born
Does it have a choice,
To choose it's "Dad or Mother,"
No, it doesn't even have a voice
Can they explain the uniqueness
Of this sole fingerprint,
Can anyone surpass this uniqueness
No they haven't even got a hint
Now they must recognize their limitations
For there is no doubt
No matter how they try to change things
The mystery will shut them out
