THE MUSICIAN
The
Soul
Of
It
Grabs
You
And
The heinous beat makes you cry.
A man alone can capture you
And cavern you with his vibration.
Almost-beard and searched-out eyes,
A cat-call of wondrous complexity,
Above a zither of meaning.
The pelvis grinds inside itself with want,
And the tongue licks itself with greed.
And the stars acclaim affirmation,
As numbing joy carves every implication in,
To imprint on the wisps of cosmos,
Appearing as if summoned.
