THE MUSIC

Close your eyes and listen,
To the music in your head.
It sings of all your hopes and dreams,
The things you fear or dread.
It sings of all the happiness,
That you have ever known.
It tells of all the sadness,
And pain you've ever shown.
It sings of all the laughter,
And times you've had for fun.
It sings of all the time you cried,
And fears from which you've run.
It doesn't have a chorus,
Or monotonous refrain.
It never will repeat itself,
Come pleasure, fear and pain.
Now stand up while you listen,
Let the music take you through.
Dance to your own rhythm,
And let no one dance with you.
