THE END OF THE WORLD
They all live and they all die
Sometimes in their life they must fly.
Greed and envy all play a part
Of capturing the evils of a cruel heart.
The hate of color
The violence of man
So fierce the world was that they ran
Towards the mountains, the trees up above
So scared of violence and scared of love
A sickness which conquered the human race
And left each person with no real face.
Only a circle filled with hate and pain
And on the inside a child would remain
A child filled with innocence and fear
And cried only a single tear.
But at the end a child was left
With the world in the palm of his
Small little hand.
She lifted up her hand
And cried, "I love you" to the sky
"I love you" to the land.
