SNOWDUST

Snowdust on the fences,
Snowdust on the hill.
Snowdust falling on the roofs,
White and cold and still.

Snowdust on the bushes,
Snowdust on the ground.
Snowdust falling thick and fast,
Making not a sound.

Snowdust on the chimney,
Snowdust on the eaves.
Snowdust blown by the wind,
Cov'ring up the leaves.

Snowdust in the garden,
Snowdust in the field.
All the scars that autumn left,
Now are fully healed!
