Most of each and every day
Are held as mischief, scattered toys
And "Do I Have To".
But for a few moments
Each and every day
That some child is helping,
Giving, bringing happiness.
Offering you total
Unquestioning love
And needing your love
In a way only a child could.
Making you forget
All the mischief and scattered toys.
