Do you get wetter down to your shoes
If you walk in the rain
Or run and don't restrain...

Going from A to B
It's better you see
To walk and not run he implores them.

Walking briskly, it appears, is best--
Verses a slow stroll will attest
To a thorough soaking
(Try it, see if he's joking!)
While running's only 10% better at best.
