Or wandered the countryside
Never sailed on any seas
Or ride on a coaster ride.

She'll try you what it's like though
To see your first-born child
Take that first step on his own
And smile that first smile

She could tell you all about the pain
Of losing someone dear
A good friend, a boyfriend, a pet or perhaps
A parent that's no longer near

She wasn't raised as royalty
Though very far from poor
She's seen both sides and this she knows...
