LEAVING ZERO

He pours noise into his head and calling it music,
Which added up to zero.
He put alcohol in his stomach and it was just expelled,
Leaving zero.
He believed nothing of value,
Which added up to zero.
He had no knowledge of truth,
Which adds up to zero.
When the noise stopped;
When he looked to his beliefs, his goals, his knowledge of truth,
It all added up to what he was--
Zero.
And that life shouldn't live!
