FRIEND TURNED LOVE

He was just a friend,
Of course that's what she thought,
They laughed and joked and talked,
She would tell him that she loved
Him every day,
He must have thought she was kidding,
But within days her love for him
Grew stronger,
She thought that maybe he loved her
Too,
Then the girl she thought was her friend
Stole him from her,
When she was so close to getting all
Of his love,
It hurt so much she felt the pain
Inside,
While their love grew through all of
This,
The part of her with him inside died.
