ART is Man's Gift to Humanity.
ART SHOULD UPLIFT, INSPIRE.
ART SHOULD BRING PLEASURE, CONTENTMENT, COMFORT.
ART SHOULD RECORD the History of Man's TRIUMPH over
Evil and oppression of his confrontation.

ART should depict:
The Beauty of a Dawn or Sunset.
Paintings of Nature's changing Scene the World over.
People who have inspired Honor, Ethics, Beauty, Virtue,
Courage, Innocence, Clarity or Holiness.

ART SHOULD move people
ESPECIALLY the Young & Impressionable
TO HONOR AND GLORIFY LOVE, their Parents, their Country;
STRIVE TO BE THE BEST that they can Be;
SEEK AND FIND their TASK BY LOVE ASSIGNED and DO IT!

ART SHOULD BRING Comfort and Solace to those in need.
ART SHOULD FEED their Spirit, Souls, Minds, and Hearts.
ART SHOULD UPLIFT then, INSPIRE them.
ART SHOULD RECORD History's Triumphs in CREATIVITY, GENIUS.

ART SHOULD STRIVE TO RID THE World of
Poverty, Disease, Inhumanity, Bigotry, Intolerance,
The Horror of War, Oppression, Tyranny, POLLUTION.

ART SHOULD VOICE LOVE'S WORDS
OF LOVE, WARNING, and INSTRUCTION
FROM Ages Past, and Now, and Yet to Be...

IF ART DOES LESS THAN THIS
It is not TRUE ART but a poor imitation...

AND if it arouses and condones people's baser instincts
Because it glorifies through ART that which
THE BIBLE STATES AS unmentionable evils...

THEN AS One Nation under LOVE
They have every right to object!!!

AND THE National Endowment of Art SHOULD NOT support
Such false art with Federal Funds!!!

FOR disobedience to their Pledge of Allegiance
Should forfeit 1st Amendment Rights.
