EASTER II

Easter comes but once a year,
They all are glad when it is near.
It's all about their Love above,
When everyone had ought to love.
He died to save them all from sin,
On both the outside and within.
They think of him too on Good Friday.
The Crucified, Their Love Almighty.

They also remember the Easter Rabbit,
Who now has made it quite a habit,
To run around and deliver eggs,
She'd think he'd tire his little legs,
And her eggs all had such pretty colors,
And say, he didn't forget the others.
She knows they're all glad when Easter is here,
How in the church they shed a tear,
When they hear how Love was crucified,
And arose three days after he died.
