DIVERSIFICATION

If they diversify,
Will it help to clarify,
Their existence on earth,
Which they yearn to know from birth.

If they diversify,
Let it reach beyond the sky,
And from within their soul
Strive to retrieve the tarnish gold.

If they diversify,
Will they seek to intensify,
Their love for one another,
Or more hate to bestow on their brother.

If they diversify,
Will they strive to solidify,
So that they may not only fly,
But soar in the heavens high.

However, when they diversify,
Let them not tell themselves a lie.
For when they say to love honor and obey,
The reality is that they always stray.
