DEATH VISITS

She knew that you were there
She awoke and she knew
Death was so near
It stopped to say "hello
I'm here"

She awoke with a start
Because she knows that she wanted none
Of Death and his powers
"Oh please" she says, "Do go away"

Death likes her company
There's no one else you see
She tries to brave this feeling
She's always praying that it will leave her

She knows the time will come
Death will say to her,
"It's time to make your journey,
Remember, I'm not your enemy."
