Beneath the harvest moon are tribes of people
That history has forgotten. Tribes of people that
The government refuses to recognize. Native Americans
The original caretakers of America and the original people
Of America. These tribes of people had their country taken
Away from them only to be told that they could not vote
Because they were not citizens of America.
Beneath the harvest moon are tribes of people
Who were forced to live on reservations and
Forced to abandon their religion.
Beneath the harvest moon are the original
People of America the native Americans.
