AUTUMN REFLECTIONS

She's had a great life
And she wants all to know
She's enjoyed to the hilt
Don't be sad when she goes.

They've had their tough times
But it never seemed bad
Because they faced it together
Made the best of what they had.

She's skated, swam, skied,
And parasailed too.
Sailed, quilted, canned food,
All the usual things folks do.

She knows the thrills of sex
The joy of babies too
Had her share of business life
A busy social life too.

Now in the autumn of her years
She ponders what made it so fine
Love was always there with her
With Him life is sublime.
