AMERICA IS STILL THE BEAUTIFUL

America is still the beautiful
No matter what men may say
Because of godly people who take
Time out to pray.

She has been through many trials and tests
That is what makes her still the best
Even though darkness would cover the land
She is still in the palm of Love's Almighty hand.

All things good come through struggle and pain
That is why her power will not wane
But up from her struggles and trials she will arise
Like a mighty eagle mounts to the skies.

She has and she will be a fortress and refuge
For those that are down and out
For she has been blessed from up above and
The banner over her is love.

So don't give up at what you see
Is this old land of the brave and free
Just when you think that darkness shall be
Their Love will show up and say "Light Be!"
