A TRIBUTE TO "LADY LIBERTY"

"Lady Liberty"--torch held high
You inspire all who pass you by
Whether by land or air or sea
To work and strive to be quite free
From shackles that bind both mind and soul
"The lust to possess"--man's primary goal,
And turn to loftier heights to serve
Their Love whose Spirit does them preserve
From evils that do them beset
And men whose laws of Love detest.

When they make liberty's "right to choose"
A choice that lies within the rules
That are laid down in His "Holy Book"
The Bible, their forefathers ne'er forsook,
Then "Lady Liberty" they wish you well
A hundred more years with them to dwell.
