A DREAMER

She dreams in elaborate colors
And she's done amazing things.
She has walked across the water
And flown on eagle's wings.
She has listened to an angel
And held a shooting star.
She has captured a rainbow
In a small glass jar.
She has been a waterfall
Filled with tropical fish.
She has been a memory.
And she has been a wish.
Then she was a rainstorm
Inside a crystal ball.
There's a million things to be
And she has been them all.
Some will say she's crazy
Cause that's the way it seems
But truly she has done all these.
She's done them in her dreams.
